Service Refunds

At Wholesalerunique, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our packaging and shipping services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a shipping order under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if cancelled before pickup or drop-off
  • Full refund if package has not been dispatched
  • No refund once the package is in transit

Damaged Package Claims

If your package arrives damaged, you may be eligible for compensation:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Retain all packaging materials for inspection
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Submit a written description of the contents and damage

Lost Package Claims

In the rare event of a lost package:

  • Report the issue if tracking shows no movement for 7 days
  • Provide proof of contents and declared value
  • Investigation will be conducted within 14 business days
  • Compensation based on declared value or insurance coverage

Insurance Claims

For packages with additional insurance coverage:

  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery date
  • Original receipts or proof of value required
  • Coverage applies to declared and insured items only
  • Processing time is typically 10-15 business days

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Packaging materials that have been used
  • Express shipping fees for on-time deliveries
  • Customs duties and import taxes
  • Services completed as described

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 3-5 business days
  • Business account credits: Applied within 24 hours

If you are not satisfied with a claim decision, you may request a review by contacting our customer service team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
